Why I joined Dr. Ryan SummaUp program? I'm someone who's nearly 50 years old, and found myself that my energy and my focus at work, were declining. Been a lifelong person going to the gym, and my wife and I both are at nearly 50 was hard to get those gains. Can you relate to Brian's story? Are you experiencing the same issues? In less than 3 months Brian regained his vitality and felt young again. Brian explains that one of the biggest benefits of working with an athletic doctor was the level of accountability and support that they provided. Knowing that I had someone who was tracking my progress and cheering me on along the way was incredibly motivating and helped me stay committed to my goals. Are you ready for your transformation?
Why I joined Dr. Ryan SummaUp program? I'm someone who's nearly 50 years old, and found myself that my energy and my focus at work, were declining. Been a lifelong person going to the gym, and my wife and I both are at nearly 50 was hard to get those gains. And you work your butt off, eat right. And you're still having belly fat, and is not feeling great, not sleeping great. And what drove me to Dr. Ryan was his medical experience. Being a doctor that his experience and his knowledge around an athlete, what an athlete needs and how things are different that way, it is the trust, knowing that this isn't just someone saying, hey, put together a diet and do this. It was someone who said, This is what I've done. And this is why I like when I can talk to Dr. Ryan, like, here's why we're gonna tweak certain things because of the expertise. I have consistently found my energies better. I sleep much better. performance at work is better because I feel better. I've leaned out and he's got me focus right now on leaning out before we put better muscle back on. We revisit goals that we need to set that we started the beginning. And I've been doing this for three months. And just the three months, I've seen both physical and mental gains, it feels much better. So to me, it's a no brainer.
