0:00 Hi, my name is Dr. Mike Kericho, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit about what soom op has done for me and Dr. Ryan, I've been on the plan for about five months, I was referred from a friend who's about a month or so ahead of me. I'm 57 dentists from a Chicago suburb. And I knew that I needed to make a change, I wish I would have done this 10 years ago, and I'm sure things would have been a lot easier on my body. You know, as we get older, there's always these aches and pains and mental clarity and digestion and sleep. Besides the muscle loss that we get. I've seen improvement in every level of it to have a really bad left shoulder and I said, Listen, I need to make some changes here. See, if something's going to improve my quality of life. Not only are we getting the benefit that but the intangible about mental clarity, you know, being positive every day when you wake up, is so important to better health. What's great about this program is that it's individualized. Meaning that I'll do a meeting, like I said, I was referred through from a friend of mine and his body chemistry is different than my body chemistry. His body types are different than mine, and therefore my regimen is different than his. And that's taken into account. And it is so important that we get checked regularly to make sure we're hitting that sweet spot. And that's what this program does. And it's easy, it's accessible. And it's phenomenal. And I know that you know being a little bit older 57 guys start worrying about hey, you know, fountain of youth, I'm not going to lose my hair. So the funny thing is that you know, I think I'm still doing pretty good with that. Rock on
