0:00 this i asked him if i could do one for 0:01 you guys nice nice yeah so you know i 0:03 guess we can kind of start and uh 0:05 you know before like working on with dr 0:08 ryan and joining us you know 0:09 what was kind of going on you know 0:11 what were your frustrations like what 0:13 was your current kind of statement 0:15 yeah 0:16 um 0:18 i've been on a journey for decades in 0:20 terms of trying different stuff and 0:22 all sorts of different things 0:24 everybody's been on their different path 0:25 and all of that i've done testosterone 0:27 therapy before 0:28 but uh it seems there's a lot of doctors 0:31 out there that uh have 0:33 kind of like uh the tea chop shops right 0:36 to just get you hooked up on the monthly 0:37 and that's all they care about and 0:40 um i guess it did something but um it 0:43 didn't really solve the problem that i 0:45 had which was 0:47 i'm uh 0:49 willing to put in the intensity and 0:51 everything else that it takes but i got 0:52 to make sure that the other part is 0:54 handled otherwise i don't have this 0:56 confidence about it so being able to 0:58 turn over those numbers and know that dr 1:00 ryan is going to be able to get that 1:01 dialed in 1:03 now when i'm working out at the gym 1:04 there's no more doubt i can just i just 1:06 know that it's just me i just got to get 1:08 to the next rep i got to go crush it 1:10 everything else is handled and it's in 1:12 place right so yeah yeah no it makes 1:14 sense you know i think kind of hitting 1:16 on like your participation will mean for 1:18 life right and like the 1:19 biomarker testing like the 1:21 quantitative numbers and kind of how 1:23 well you're performing it's not super 1:24 important but i guess take me back a 1:26 little bit before you join like were 1:27 there any reservations like about dr 1:29 ryan were you like hey what like who 1:31 were these guys what was your kind of 1:32 thought process 1:33 [Music] 1:34 yeah i mean it came across on my 1:35 instagram feed which you know 1:37 instagram's pretty good at targeting 1:39 stuff in terms of 1:40 what i need and it's like hey i actually 1:43 i'm looking for that because i'm moving 1:44 out of state i need to go find a new 1:45 provider for this so 1:47 i figured out i'll go check it out and 1:49 see and um 1:51 when i 1:52 did the consultation with him uh i could 1:55 just tell i mean i'm a real good read on 1:57 people and within 1:59 20 seconds i knew the guy's heart was in 2:00 the right place and he wasn't you know 2:02 the chop shop guy he knew what he was 2:04 doing and he cared which is hard to find 2:06 you know people that really you know 2:08 actually do give a these days 2:10 because in a lot of cases 2:12 uh 2:14 and then a lot of different subjects 2:16 getting to the truth 2:17 these days 2:18 takes a little work right right and 2:20 long-term thinking it's like you know 2:22 it's it's tough like an organization 2:24 like ours is really built for that um 2:26 and then like after working with doctor 2:27 and you kind of touched on them a little 2:28 bit but what was what was it like 2:29 working together with them i think you 2:31 talked about the trust uh like what else 2:33 did you kind of notice um were there any 2:35 roadblocks maybe with working octorant 2:37 that you have noticed as well 2:40 um not really man uh you know anytime i 2:43 had a 2:44 question or anything i just shot him an 2:46 email and he's always really good about 2:47 getting back to me about stuff and i 2:49 asked a lot of questions too because i 2:50 got to make sure like i said it's just 2:52 my ocd or whatever if i'm going to go 2:55 grind it out in the gym and do the thing 2:57 it's just such a 3:02 gives me such peace of mind to know that 3:03 that part is handled it's like that part 3:05 you don't have to worry about it doc 3:06 your doctor's got your numbers dialed in 3:08 you go crush it right you do the reps 3:10 you get the intensity 3:11 food plan down 3:13 that's my part if i do that part right 3:15 the other part's handled and i went for 3:17 a long time before 3:19 grinding it out really hard doing the 3:21 work but not really confident that the 3:23 numbers were right i mean if your 3:24 chemistry's off and you get to be as old 3:26 as me you got to go check that stuff out 3:28 because as we get older 3:30 that stuff kind of tweaks with all the 3:31 stuff in the environment and everything 3:33 else right and you know as 3:35 guys we're just kind of uh 3:38 it's kind of in our dna to be like kind 3:40 of more lone wolfy right i'll figure it 3:42 out i got the internet i got 3:44 figured all this stuff out right it's 3:46 kind of like so that's really the 3:48 uh the message that i wanted for anybody 3:50 that might be tripping across this uh 3:52 program here is uh don't be afraid to 3:55 ask for help right 3:57 it's it's easy to be 3:59 cynical these days with a lot of stuff 4:00 that's going on but dr ryan is the real 4:02 deal and if you need help man just ask 4:04 for it and uh i feel a million percent 4:07 better i mean a million percent better 4:09 yeah i mean you know i think we touched 4:11 on like the the accountability metabolic 4:13 health being kind of the improvements um 4:15 lean for life program but uh the last 4:17 thing i guess guys like have you thought 4:18 have you noticed any other uh quality of 4:20 life improvement sport family you know 4:22 any noticeable differences there at all 4:24 that you want to touch on anything else 4:26 yeah well i i worked out i had a workout 4:28 program that i was on before i came 4:31 across dr ryan right with the trainer 4:33 online trainer 4:34 and i did it for 90 days and i mean i 4:37 busted my ass and the food plan was 4:39 perfect and i and it literally didn't 4:41 move the needle at all in terms of my 4:43 body fat percentage so it was really 4:45 disappointing but 4:47 i'm just the guy that's not going to 4:48 quit i'm going to get ripped or i'm 4:49 going to be dead one of the two so i'm 4:50 going to get there or i'm just going to 4:52 die trying 4:53 so um 4:55 yeah i i told him exactly what i was 4:58 after he said it's absolutely possible 4:59 if you just follow my lead and just uh 5:02 you know you got these numbers plugged 5:03 in we're going to get these things 5:04 adjusted for you 5:05 and so yeah my body fat now has moved 5:07 down significantly my weight's down my 5:09 waist is down 5:11 and 5:12 yeah it certainly is reflected in 5:15 my work 5:16 too my work is uh 5:18 sales i'm in sales all day long on the 5:20 phone so 5:22 just in terms of my attitude and my 5:24 energy level uh that's big i also got a 5:27 couple of comments on one of our zoom 5:29 calls it worked you know so which is 5:30 kind of cool um 5:32 right nobody's nobody's ever i haven't i 5:34 can't remember the last time i got a 5:36 compliment on my body right so that was 5:38 pretty pretty trippy and pretty cool so 5:40 yeah that was awesome yeah it's like 5:42 good to have kind of a feedback and then 5:44 confirmation right but you know i think 5:46 you've done a fantastic job in the lead 5:47 for life program we're super impressed 5:49 kind of with your commitment but we 5:51 can't wait to see like what else is next 5:53 right the best we have to come so 5:55 yeah 5:56 and i want to thank you so much for uh 5:58
