0:01 Hello there, Adam Waldron here, hey, I just wanted to take a quick moment of your time and just explain, basically give my testimony to how effective and how awesome Dr. Ryan and Suma have been to me for the last 18 months or so. It's very different from the previous treatments and therapy that I was receiving. And it's basically a very extensive panel that he'll run on you during your your draw blood draws. And man, just most men, we couldn't tell you the last time that we went to the, to the doctor, let alone getting to get this very detailed, analyzed report every quarter, to see how your body's reacting to certain things as we age and get older. I can't thank Dr. Ryan enough. He's man with my therapy and everything that I've been doing for the past 18 months with him. He's he's noticed things in my panel that we've had to watch and things that I've had to do to kind of see the results that I want to but let alone the focus and my energy levels, I've actually lost 27 pounds in the last four months. My project, excuse me, productivity and my drive are just second to none these days, it kind of gives me the motivation when I wake up and I feel good and I don't need two or three cups of coffee to get going. But then throughout the day, I want to eat better because I did my cardio in the morning and just feel so much better. Because I actually have the energy to do so.
