Yeah. 0:02 So I guess we can kind of start, you know, before like working with Dr. Ryan and joining us, you know, what was kind of going on, you know, what were your frustrations? Like, what what was your current kind of state like? 0:15 Yeah. I've been on a journey for decades terms of trying different stuff, and all sorts of different things. Everybody's been on their different path and all of that I've done testosterone therapy before, but it seems there's a lot of doctors out there that have kind of like, the T chop shops, right to just get you hooked up on the monthly and that's all they care about. And I guess it did something. But it didn't really solve the problem that I had, which was, I'm willing to put in the intensity and everything else that it takes. But I gotta make sure that the other part is handled, otherwise, I don't have this confidence about it. So being able to turn over those numbers and know that Dr. Ryan was going to be able to get that dialed in. Now, when I'm working out at the gym, there's no more doubt I can just I just know that it's just me, I just gotta get to the next rep. I gotta go crush it. Everything else is handled. And it's in place, right? 1:13 Yeah. No, makes sense. You know, I think kind of hitting on like, your participation, I mean, for life, right? And like the market testing and like, the quantitative numbers and kind of how well you're performing. Super important. But I guess take me back a little bit before you join, like were there any reservations about Dr. Ram and where you're like, Hey, what are these guys? What was your thought process? 1:34 Yeah, I mean, it came across on my Instagram feed, which, you know, Instagrams pretty good at targeting stuff in terms of what I need. And it's like, Hey, I actually, I'm looking for that, because I'm moving out of state, I need to go find a new provider for this. So I figured out, I'll go check it out and see. And when I did the consultation with them, I could just tell I mean, a real good read on people. And within 20 seconds, I knew the guy's heart was in the right place. And he wasn't, you know, the chop shop guy. He knew what he was doing. And he cared, which is hard to find, you know, people that really, you know, actually do give a shit these days, because in a lot of cases, and a lot of different subjects. Getting to the truth these days, takes a little work, right. 2:20 And long term thinking it's like, you know, it's not like an organization like ours is really built for that. And then like, after working with Dr. Andy kind of touched on him a little bit, but what was what was it like working together with him? I think you talked about the trust. What else did you kind of notice? Were there any roadblocks maybe with working on? Notice as well? 2:40 I'm not really man. You know, anytime I had a question or anything, I just shot him an email. And he's always really good about getting back to me about stuff. And I ask a lot of questions too, because I got to make sure like I said, just my OCD or whatever. If I'm gonna go grind it out in the gym and do the thing. It's just such a gives me a such a peace of mind to know that that part is handled. It's like that part, you don't have to worry about it. Dark, doctors got your numbers dialed in, you go crush it, right you do the reps, you get the intensity for the plan down. That's my part. I do that part. Right, the other parts handled and I went for a long time before grinding it out really hard doing the work but not really confident that the numbers were right. I mean, if your chemistry is off, and you get to be as old as me, you gotta go check that stuff out. Because as we get older, that stuff kind of tweaks with all the stuff in the environment and everything else right. And you know, as guys, we're just kind of it's kind of in our DNA to be like, kind of more lone wolf II, right. all figured out. I got the internet second figured all this stuff out. Right. It's kind of like so that's really the message that I wanted for anybody that might be tripping across this program here is don't be afraid to ask for help. Right? It's it's easy to be cynical these days with a lot of stuff that's going on, but Doctor Ryan's the real deal. And if you need help, man, just ask for it. And I feel 1,000,000% Better. I mean, 1,000,000% better. 4:09 Yeah, I mean, you know, I think we touched on like the kind of odd metabolic health kind of improvements on lean for Life program, but laxing I guess guys like me, I've been watching other quality of life improvements work family, I can only noticeable differences there. I don't want to touch on anything else. 4:26 Yeah, well, I worked out I had a workout program that I was on before I came across Dr. Ryan Wright was the trainer online trainer. And I did it for 90 days. And I mean, I busted my ass and the food plan was perfect. And I and literally didn't move the needle at all in terms of my body fat percentage, so it was really disappointing, but I'm just the guy's not going to quit I'm gonna get ripped or I'm going to be dead one of the two so I'm gonna get there, or I'm just gonna die trying. So yeah, I told him exactly what I was after he said it's absolutely possible. If you just follow my lead, and just, you know, you got these numbers plugged in, we're gonna get these things adjusted for you. And so yeah, my body fat now is moved down significantly, my weights down, my waist is down. And yeah, it certainly is reflected in my work to my work is sales someone in sales all day long on the phone. So just in terms of my attitude and my energy level. That's big. I also got a couple of comments on one of our zoom calls. It works, you know, so which is kind of cool. Which nobody's, nobody's ever I haven't I can't remember the last time we got a compliment on my body. Right. So that was pretty, pretty trippy and pretty cool. 5:40 So it was awesome. Yeah, it's been good. It's like good to have kind of feedback and confirmation. But you know, I think you've done a fantastic job and lean for Life program are super impressed kind of with your commitment. But we can't wait to see like what else is next. Right?
